Amazing stay.. Great weekend getaway with the family

Great location but needs updating.
Positive: Location,bell tv,comfortable king bed
Negative: Small very outdated kitchen, would be difficult to host a large number of people even though the bedrooms are set up for that.Couch old and extremely soft and not comfortable for long periods. Fridge leaks, nearly every morning found a large puddle on top shelf. White kitchen plates have lots of old blackened scratches on them, the black being mold.
